Xerox Companion is an AI driven application that integrates the cell phone into the printer ecosystem allowing users to print whenever, wherever. If a problem occurs user can easily access support via AI chatbot, video support, cell phone call to technician/admin, or by creating a support ticket. The integration of the cellphone into the printer ecosystem provides a level of support and convenience not previously available.
